Velosio utilizes a multiphase approach to helping clients migrate their workloads into the cloud where we appropriately assess and plan the migration alongside the business with minimal disruption.

Velosio will perform an email migration to Exchange Online including configuration and mailbox migration leveraging best practice processes and tools to ensure a seamless migration. Your company can move from any mailbox you currently use. The typical e-mail migration is performed in a four-phase project.

Planning & Tenant Setup Phase

During the Planning & Tenant Setup phase, Velosio will setup the Office 365 tenant and perform the following tasks:

• Review licensing requirements and assignments.
• Create accounts within the tenant.
• Establish Domain(s) tenant for the services.
• Establish baseline security within the tenant services.

Deliverable: Completed Setup accounts and security.

Deployment & Migration Phases

During the Deployment & Migration phases, Velosio will perform the following tasks:

• Deployment of Exchange Online Roles Configurations.
• Infrastructure Integration of Exchange Online with Office 365 Migration QTY of Mailboxes.
• Mailboxes Moves Pre-Scheduled with Velosio Team.
• Request to have certain mailboxes integrated into Shared mailboxes and attached to user accounts.

Deliverable: Completed Setup of Exchange Online and Transfer the QTY of Mailboxes.

Go-Live and Quality Assurance Phases

During Go-live & Quality Assurance stages, Velosio will perform the following tasks:

• Webinar with IT Staff on Office 365 Admin Best Practices and Tips/Tricks
• Administering Office 365 Services
• Common Troubleshooting Steps and Practices
• Open Q+A
• Support for 14 Days Post Deployment for Office 365 Administration Related Questions or Issues.

  Deliverable: Completed IT Admin Training.
