The default Setup is limited
By default, it is only possible to add a single SMTP account to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This means all your reports regardless if they are invoices, offers or inquiries, are sent out by the same address. This makes organizing mails hard.
Make mails more organized
Our Connector 365 Mail Sender Plus gives the possibility to add multiple SMTP accounts to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central which are either set manually or are controlled by a priority system. This makes the process of sending mail much more organized since it allows the usage of specialized accounts that are only used for certain reports, alternatively each user can use their personal address which gives mail a much more personal feel.
