Data Strategy and Design: 10 Wk Assessment

IronEdge will work with our client to assess current business intelligence and data strategies and implementations. IronEdge will discover and document data and BI-related business processes and data sources to provide short-, mid-, and long-term recommendations based on client business needs.

Project will include interviews of subject matter experts, as well as business process leads in order to unify the needs of the business and the implementation of information technology resources. Documentation and recommendations will be based around identifying quick wins that can add immediate value to the client, including aspects of the business intelligence infrastructure where industry-standard best practices should be implemented.

Includes a thorough Data Strategy Design and Discovery document as prepared by IronEdge group over the course of the engagement. The document will include:

• Executive summary
• Detailed finding
• Mappings of business and technical processes
• Best-practice recommendations

All deliverables are specific to the client's business intelligence and analytics objectives. IronEdge will lead an in-person presentation of all findings to the client's Project Champion and Project Stakeholders upon the conclusion of the engagement.
