These implementation and adaptation phases are as follows: -Identifying test users -Assigning bundled or premium licenses with the appropriate Viva modules to testers -Activating Viva modules -Performing the necessary configurations -Pinning to the Teams app

Through this implementation and adoption, industries such as energy, government, retail, healthcare and many more - regardless of sector - will initiate and increase the use of Microsoft's employee experience platform in their company cultures.
