The objective of this engagement is to assess the migration effort to transfer the client's legacy BI platform into Power BI's unified platform.​

Activities to be Completed:

Assess the Current State

  1. Conduct interviews to understand the current state environment and desires for the future state, inclusive of current architecture and data flows, current pain points, and prioritization of future state product​

Create Migration Roadmap

  1. Architecture, plan, and timeline to support the future business objectives​
  2. Power BI deployment and licensing strategy​
  3. Power BI migration plan along with preliminary deployment, governance, and change management

Output:

  1. An Executive Summary detailing interview findings, observations, and initial migration recommendations​
  2. Roadmap of next steps, including cost estimates, for complete migration of current reports into Power BI​
