Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Teams Digital Collaboration Pilot - 4 Week POC


Provide clients with advisory and implementation of a unified digital workplace for collaboration using the Microsoft Teams integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.

Protiviti’s pilot solution will help organizations dramatically reduce disruptions by combining business processes, information, and communication and enabling an integrated workspace for teamwork. Protiviti will execute the delivery of the pilot virtually to help end users at the client work together more seamlessly with more personalized experiences.

Digital Collaboration Workshops​

Protiviti will:

  • Work with the client team to confirm the objectives, finalize the agenda, and identify participating subject matter experts from key business areas for the workshops.​
  • Facilitate workshops to discuss and document use cases for the pilot solution.​
  • Finalize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement application module for the pilot implementation.​

Digital Collaboration Pilot Implementation​

Protiviti will:​

  • Develop the solution based on the configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service application module to meet the client use cases.​
  • Integrate the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application with Microsoft Teams and enable the embedded Teams chat experience for Microsoft Dynamics 365.​
  • Conduct end-user training.​

  • Client will be responsible for procuring software licenses​
  • Client has an existing Microsoft 365 tenant​
  • The pilot solution will be limited to tracking customer information on account, contact, lead, opportunity, and case records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.​
  • No custom codes development will be included in the solution
