Power Platform Center of Excellence: 7-Day Workshop

This workshop introduces decision makers and IT management and Service Desk audiences to the Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit. The CoE Starter Kit is a collection of components and tools that are designed to help an organization develop a strategy for adopting and supporting Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.

DAY 1 - Assess: Strategy and Planning

Day one of the program, Vitalyst helps customers envision, plan, and strategize on how they can implement the Power Platform into their environment. This includes defining your vision, strategic goals, roles & responsibilities involved, governance, and training strategies. ## Outputs:

DAY 2 - Center of Excellence Kick-Off

Day two of the program, Vitalyst kicks off the Center of Excellence workshop by reiterating the vision and strategic objectives as well as the core team roles and their responsibilities. We then convey our approach, including plans to implement and use the CoE and the overall timeline of the engagement.

DAY 3 - Administration and Governance

Day three of the program, Vitalyst provides education on the governance features available for the Power Platform, including DLP and Azure Conditional Access. We also provide education on the administration tools available, such as the out of the box reporting, permission center, compliance center, and innovation backlog.

DAY 4 & 5 - Center of Excellence Installation

Days four and five of the program, Vitalyst walks you through the installation process for getting the Center of Excellence took-kit up and running in your environment.

DAY 6 - Center of Excellence Essentials

Day six of the program, Vitalyst provides Instructor-Led training for your Center of Excellence admins to upskill on them on the various tools introduced during the Administration and Governance session.

DAY 7 - Nurture and Educate

Day seven of the program, Vitalyst introduces techniques to accelerate the adoption of Power Apps with a thriving community in your environment, such as building a community of champions, evangelizing your vision and the WIFFM, and different forms of training.
