HoloLens 2 & Remote Assist Setup • Work with IT to get HoloLens devices up and running • Ensuring devices have central management policies applied to protect the devices and content • Providing documentation for the above for future device enrolments. • Supporting network teams on bandwidth requirements and options in configuration to create great experiences. • Ensuring the Remote Assist function is working across multiple devices for the licenses provisioned; • Provide training for HoloLens Remote Assist users
Ensuring User adoption • Creation of IT support guides in video and documented format • Creation of device enrollment guides. • Work with frontline staff who will be using the HoloLens and Remote Assist and apply design thinking approaches to build a contextual education for end users to drive adoption.
The Outputs for this engagement are: • Enterprise implementations of Remote Assist and HoloLens 2 in your environment • User experience driven guides for driving adoption by end users and for lowering any IT barriers that are based on device security, data security, management and support. • Foundations for broader adoption of Remote Assist by demonstrating the Remote Assist/HL2 combination as an enterprise grade tool.
