Dionix eSign allows you and your users to electronically sign documents and entities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, by using the Dionix eSign app you can safely and securely store your e-signatures within the system. Each of the signatures is stored with an expiry date so that it can easily be deleted periodically based on your GDPR and data retention policies.

This app is a must have for businesses that want to reduce the amount of paper they use and also allows for direct signature input without the need for postage. The eSign link can be used by internal staff and external clients and can be used on the following set of standard documents.

Note: eSign can be used with most entities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – for example if you wanted to assign a signature to the Resource or Employee record this is still possible by using the Dionix eSign Worksheet.

This application is suitable for any business that requires some form of signature input on a frequent basis. GDPR – The Dionix eSign application stores signatures with a retention timeframe, this can be manually set. When the signature is created an expiry date stamp is assigned to the signature. Functionality exists within the app to purge any “expired” signatures but retain the non-sensitive information.
