How does it work?

Open Eagles' "My companies" page to see KPIs from all connected companies in one view. With all the information in the same place, you can easily decide what needs to be done and in what order. Mark the companies you want to work with and call on an action to perform your task. The task will be performed in all companies at once without having to log in to each company, find the page, set filters, and call to action. This will save you time and money, as well as make sure you do not miss tasks in one or more companies.

Does it work across tenants?

Yes! Eagle works across environments and tenants. This means there are no problems if you have companies in different localisations but would like to see KPIs from all companies in one view or trigger functions in all companies at once. Eagle is also a great fit for accounting firms that have multiple clients with their own tenants, but need one view to see KPIs from all at once ta make quick and accurate decisions as well as trigger functions for multiple clients at once. Imagine managing vendor payments or printing monthly reports for multiple clients with just a few clicks without even logging in to each and every environment.

Do you use other apps or have per-tenant extensions?

KPIs can be set up to match your needs using all tables in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This will give you access to data no matter if the numbers come from standard tables, tables from another app, or tables from a per-tenant extension.

Depending on how the code is written, Eagle can also help you manage tasks in other apps and per-tenant extensions as well. And if not, a small alteration usually does the trick, and then you can trigger functions from other apps in multiple companies with the help of Eagle.

Are there any limitations?

Users with the license type Delegated Admin will not be able to trigger functions in other companies since Eagle is using job queue entries and delegated admins are not allowed to schedule job queue entries.
