SMS For Dynamics

SMS for Dynamics is a Dynamics 365 Add-on that allow you to communicate with your customers via SMS within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You can send text messages from Dynamics through MessageMedia, Bulletin, Vodafone multiTXT, Spark eTXT or 2Degrees Grouptext.

From "SMS for Dynamics" you can:

• Create, Edit and Delete SMS templates.

• Send single SMS to your Dynamics 365 contacts, accounts and leads either by typing a message or by using existing templates.
• Receive SMS sent by your clients.
• Send bulk SMS to Marketing List either by typing a message or by using existing templates.
• Schedule your Bulk SMS.

• View message conversation threads using chat-like functionality.
• Redirect automatically to Conversations or Recipient entity after sending a message (Three options available).
  
• Assign roles to members of your organization.
• Custom Workflow to send SMS
• Ability to select Bulletin, MultiTXT, MessageMedia, eTXT or 2Degrees GroupTXT to send and receive SMS.

App use is free for a limited time, SMS messages will be charged at local rates. Requires a subscription to one of the above services.
