Dynamics 365 Government Accelerator

Overview

The government accelerator provides the following features to our partner and developer communities to use at government organizations and agencies:

• Government-specific extensions to the Common Data Model (CDM) to include a data model to support government segments.
• A sample app for government services, programs, and benefits to show how Power Platform and Dynamics 365 can use the data model to manage applications, approvals, and transform government programs and services.
• A sample customizable Power Apps portal for residents and businesses to apply for government services, programs, and benefits.
• Front-office to back-office program and fund management, starting with the applicant finding out about a government program, applying for the benefit, approvals, and tracking against the associated fund and budget in Dynamics 365 Finance for public sector.
  
• Partner and developer documentation, reference guides, ERDs, and metadata documentation on the data model are available on GitHub.

How to Experience

• Get it now: use this option here on this page to install the solutions into your Dynamics 365 or Power Apps environment. You will need an environment and the appropriate privileges to install.
• GitHub: the solutions, packages, samples, documentation, and more are available on GitHub. Use this option to install into US Government environments as well.
