Working hand in hand with the WFM toolset, the Metro Time & Attendance module provides an effective process to capture, manage, and report the hours staff have worked. Absences, overtime, ad hoc payments, and labour matching can all be captured quickly, efficiently and accurately. With the Metro Time & Attendance module, you can streamline your timekeeping process and efficiently manage your staff's working hours. The Metro Time & Attendance module includes the following modules/functionality:
- Clocking History - Both In and Out, within and outside of thresholds.
- Timesheet Creation - Timesheets are automatically created based on approved and active schedules.
- Absence Management includes the ability to use the timesheet to capture non-planned absences, from unplanned holidays, sicknesses and bereavement. In addition, working at another location is fully supported.
- Actual Labour Match compares the planned scheduled labour match and cost, to the reality of that recorded within the timesheet.
- Ad Hoc Payment enables you to create ad-hoc payments, in value or hours that are specific to the employee, i.e. key holder payments, bonuses etc.
- Metro Time is a flexible and configurable application to create timesheets based on planned schedules or the latest Metro Time (soft) clocking solution, available as both a Web and App offering. Full capability to update timesheets and reflect actual attendance. Ability to transfer employees and ‘out of location’ timesheets. Full approvals, exception reporting and rules-based processes supported.
- Payroll Extract automates your timesheet data and prepares it to be sent to your payroll application - all leading payroll systems are supported.
