With the Microsoft OneVersion approach leading to more frequent updates and releases throughout the year, and the need for improving the standard solution with customizations to cater to specific business needs, a continuous automated testing framework is imperative for a company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 application stack. Thoroughly regression testing all scenarios consistently, reliably, and across multiple applications and integrations in a single regression testing script is required to assure your business proactively works towards eliminating any surprises through configuration changes or application updates, including third parties that may not let you know of updates they are conducting.

We can plan the Implementation across 6 weeks: Week 1 - Team Onboarding - ITS Leapwork certified consultant(s) will be onboarded Automation Scope Finalization – Based on the receipt of Test Cases along with Priority, Automation scope will be defined Setup and Access Enablement – Access should be enabled on the customer network Infrastructure and Tool Setup – After obtaining access, the Leapwork tool with Controller, Studio and Agent will be installed on the customer resources (VM)

Week 2 - Test Data Setup – Test Data preparation for the new design to be performed Functional Clarification – If any functional query needs to be clarified Automation Planning – Planning and scheduling of the Automation design / development Automation Approach Document – Automaton strategy technical documentation to be finalized and presented to the customer Automation Framework Design – Leapwork framework and folder structure design to be kick started (requires 2 weeks)

Week 3 - Automation Framework Design – Continue with the activity Wave1 (First milestone of 10 test cases) – Automation design will be started Automation Execution and Stabilization – this will be continuous activity for Test Script maintenance and refactoring

Week 4 - Wave1 (First milestone of 10 test cases) – To be delivered Wave1 (Second milestone of another 10 test cases) – Automation design will be started Automation Execution and Stabilization – this will be continuous activity for Test Script maintenance and refactoring

Week 5 - Wave2 (Second milestone of another 10 test cases) – To be delivered Wave3 (Final milestone of another 10 test cases) – Automation design will be started Automation Execution and Stabilization – this will be continuous activity for Test Script maintenance and refactoring

Week 6 - Wave3 (Final milestone of another 10 test cases) – To be delivered Automation Execution and Stabilization – this will be continuous activity for Test Script maintenance and refactoring
