The estimates refer to the execution of the Technical Assessment that will be used to define the upgrade roadmap. The technical assessment is executed by the Avanade Upgrade Factory team that will use Avanade Specific tools to provide a final Report. Estimates for these activities are driven by the duration of the work and the complexity of the analysis based on the number of instances to assess, the complexity of the solution, number of customization, reports etc.
Avanade’s Technical Assessment will deliver: 1. Executive Assessment Summary Report a. This report provides a high-level summary of the technical assessment, key findings, and recommendations around migration scenarios pros & cons. 2. Technical Assessment Summary Report a. Technical Assessment and Recommendations including custom code assessment & required actions. b. Analysis of current AX system landscape. c. Understanding of pain points and areas of improvements d. Determine complexities in the migration context. e. Module and process wise customization analysis for a better business impact on migration.
