Learn how to turn repetitive tasks into automated workflows, create connections between your favourite apps and services, get notifications, collect data, and more.

The course is run over one (1) day and includes the following topics: Microsoft Flow Overview Business Process Flow Overview Building Flows Flow scenarios and hackathon

Outcomes, individual and business: Design and build Flows for automation, approvals and notifications

Build Business Process Flows to guide users through the steps and stages of a business process

Use Flow components, patterns and controls

Govern ownership and sharing of Flows

Debug and resolve errors in Flows

Customer-specific requests for add-on services is on an ad-hoc basis. Training cost may vary depending on the number of participants.
