Computer Integrated Services (CIS) implementation of Microsoft Teams Telephony will quickly let you make and receive traditional phone calls on any device - PCs, smart phones, tablets, and Teams-enabled desk phones. CIS engineers will:
• Hold a kickoff/project planning meeting to gather information for Auto Attendant, Call
Groups, extensions, and user list.
• Acquire and assign required licenses for users
• Create resource accounts
• Acquire and assign required licenses for resource accounts
• Create user groups for call queues (such as “Customer Service”, “Technical Support”, etc.)
• Create call queues.
• Define working hours
• Obtain from client (if available) greeting message audio file, after hours audio file and holiday audio file.
• Procure numbers from Microsoft and assign to users. Assist in porting over the main company phone number.
• Coordinate with client actions for “cut-over” date.
• On the “cut over” date, test auto-attendant and make sure all users can receive and make calls.
• Assist troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Provide training sessions for all users
