A focused 5-day Business Intelligence (BI) Assessment evaluates an organization's basic reporting needs required for efficient operation. The assessment engages key stakeholders to understand the current reporting environment, operational processes, procedures, day-to-day challenges, and how Microsoft's BI tools can be aligned to deliver your desired future state.

Objectives

• Facilitate requirements gathering with key stakeholder to determine BI needs
• Perform a technical assessment to ensure high performance and accessibility of the BI platform
• Complete an in-depth review of current reports, dashboards, and analyses
• Analyze the current level of end-user adoption of the BI platform
