Power Platform - 4 Week Assessment

The objective of this engagement is to provide your organization with a detailed current state assessment of their Power Platform configuration and the solutions built on it. To realize the cost and time benefits of the Power Platform requires the correct configuration for the administration, maintenance, and support of the productivity tools. This assessment is designed for organizations that are already using the Power Platform and are looking to identify potential gaps and optimize its scalability, security and supportability across the enterprise. 

Activities to be Completed:

• Power Platform Configuration Extraction: Provide/Run PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows and Manually review the Client’s settings to complete an initial documentation of configurations specific for the Power Platform and create a Microsoft Power Platform Assessment Document
• Power Platform Business Objectives Workshops: Protiviti will prepare and distribute a comprehensive pre-workshop questionnaire for the Client which focuses to existing business objectives, technological direction, current deployment, and key requirements for the use of the Power Platform
• Power Platform Assessment & Recommendations: Protiviti will combine and present a draft summary of the findings and results of our recommendations for the Client’s current use and goals of the Power Platform and the final deliverable will provide a prioritized list of recommendations to address identified gaps and promote ongoing deployment and adoption of the Power Platform.
