SCC Teams Rooms Pilot

SCC’s Teams Rooms Pilot program will provide tangible, hands-on experience of Teams Rooms in your own live production environment.

The new Pilot program will enable you to prove real value by piloting Teams Rooms in your own environment. The Teams Rooms pilot is designed to show customers how to deploy, adopt, administer, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms in a small-scale 60-day pilot. This pilot will show you how to pilot enterprise hybrid work scenarios by modernising your approach to meetings and rethinking collaborative spaces. By attending, you can:

• Learn how connect people and teams across the hybrid workplace leveraging Microsoft Teams Rooms

• Gain visibility into your existing meeting usage, challenges and objectives.

• Discover the device partnerships that support Teams Rooms Implementation

• Learn how to operate the implemented Teams Rooms and agree on the next steps to further grow the solution in your production environment.

• Enable your users to be productive by delivering a flexible, inclusive, and accessible meeting experience for all roles.

The pilot length is flexible based each customer scenario. Each pilot will include an assessment of the customer’s current and future hybrid work meeting strategy, piloting Teams Rooms in the customer’s production environment and provisioning up to 25 Teams Rooms deployed (Minimum 2 Rooms) in huddle, focus, small or medium rooms. Once complete, SCC will develop joint deployment plans and recommended next steps to further grow the solution in the customer environment.

Teams Rooms Pilot Phases

1.) Plan: Define scope, identify stakeholders, and gather information on current and future environment and workloads to be enabled as part of the pilot.

2.) Enable: Execute remediation activities to be able to deploy Teams Rooms in the customer environment. Setup Teams Rooms provisioning and management for a selected group of users focusing on the selected hybrid work user scenarios.

3.) Grow: Learn how to operate the Teams Rooms solution and agree on the next steps to further grow the solution within the customer environment.
