We propose a 3-step exercise to achieve this goal:

1. Understand your business and your specific needs.
2. Define technological improvement actions based on Microsoft 365 solutions to solve the different pain points identified in your operation.
3. Propose a series of prioritized pilot actions (limited in time and effort) to enable the measurement of the future success (ROI, Wellness, Paper Reduction ...) beforehand, so we can only escalate those solutions that have proven to be successful.
