An effective tool to handle all complaints concerning products, orders and more

If you are in the market for a tool that can handle complaints X-Quality is the logical choice. A user can make complaints directly from pages like sales order by using factboxes. The complaints that are filled can be viewed from the complaints page. Complaints for all pages can also be made within the complaints page if so desired. A user can make his/her complaint, cause and prevention codes within the complainscodes page. These codes can be assigned to a specific complaint by a quality manager.

The complaints that are picked up by the quality manager also have a status so the user always knows how close his/her complaint is to completion. It’s a simple, but effective tool to handle all complaints concerning products, orders and more
