Customer Birthday Alert

The Application for Birthday Alert is a solution that ensures that customers receive Birthday emails and that the sales & marketing team is aware of the customer’s Birthday at the time of sale. Customers’ Birthdays as of the working date and upcoming Birthdays are displayed in the role centers of the Business Manager, Sales Order Processor, Sales & Relationship Manager & Accountant as tiles. The application is set up to allow the Company to send out emails with a pre-written default message and may tailor customer-specific messages too. It is also notified whether the customer is actively engaged with the business throughout the last period which is determined by the company. At the time of raising an invoice to a customer on their Birthday, within the Birthday week, or within the Birthday month, it is notified in the sales document. This application improves the value that the company provides to its clients.
