Coleida Checklists is an integrated solution for generating checklists with the "Power App”
Summary
Use Coleida Checklists to digitalize any task-focused process, e.g. quality controls in production or logistics, onboarding and offboarding, or capturing complex requirements for industrial machines.
Checklist administrators can create checklist templates with multiple categories and questions.
Users can then use these checklist templates to capture the results of daily quality controls, onboardings, workshops, and other processes.
Additionally, the solution generates a PDF document after completing the questionnaire and can send the PDF document via email automatically.
How Coleida Checklists works
Coleida Checklists are the answer to simplifying your task-focused process, improving productivity, and delivering superior results. Coleida Checklists is not only an application, but also a comprehensive solution that helps both users and management streamline processes. Record checklist templates, question categories, and questions with ease.
Start by clicking the “+” icon and select a template that aligns with your project. Fill in the project details, usage date, and customer information. Generate questions from the chosen template and respond to each one, tracking your progress as you go.
Choose from a variety of question types - Single Line, Multiline, Boolean (True/False), Integer, Float, Multiple-choice, and Single-choice. Add notes or hints for each question to provide more context. Once completed, you can add a final comment, upload relevant documents, and mark the checklist as “closed”. Generate a PDF of the completed checklist and share it with the selected customer.
