By integrating with Rescue, IT and support teams can log remote support session data in their Microsoft Dynamics environment and deliver smarter, faster customer service. Integrate Rescue with Microsoft Dynamics to:
  • Launch a remote support session directly from the Service application within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Save session data back to Microsoft Dynamics and access session details in the new “LogMeIn Sessions” section for each case
