What is proRM Fast Start?

proRM Fast Start is a project and resource management app for Microsoft Dynamics 365. It includes four useful features that help you process projects from start to finish without having to leave Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Project Gantt: Create project structures and immediately assign resources to individual project tasks. The Gantt view provides an overview of the entire life cycle of one or all projects and displays dependencies, relations, durations, and assignments. 
Tracking: The application allows project team members to book their work efforts in form of time or expense entries. Details for each booking include project task, a short description, and whether the work is billable or not. Public holidays, vacations, and other absences can also be recorded.
Approval Manager: Project managers find all submitted bookings here. They can correct small mistakes in the entries via in-line editing, reject and, of course, approve bookings. Filtering options help to quickly find the tasks the project managers are responsible for.
Invoicing Manager: This feature simplifies the creation of flawless invoices. Accountants just need to load the approved bookings into the app, select the desired items and add them to the bill via drag-and-drop. Check the invoice in Dynamics 365 and export it to Word to send it to the customer.
