OneBit Survey Master

wouldn't run just got error message when I tried to add it to team

I have some reservations about this tool. It sends you to OneBit's SharePoint site where the data (responses) and your survey questions are stored. While I can see many applications where this may be preferred (Facebook, etc), but it does not even allow you the option of hosting the survey at your own SharePoint site. For those of us that wanted to launch confidential surveys within an Enterprise employee base within our own SharePoint sites, forcing the use of an external service, loses big points. Too many companies have access to personal and confidential details and opinions, and with the recent Sony hack, these opinions could be exposed to the embarrassment of the participants. Again, this undermines the user participation and this App's value.

The app was easy enough to navigate and create a survey. I have sent the survey out to employees in my company and many have responded including my own response. However, there are no results to be found. I contacted the apps support team via email over a week ago and still no response. Now I have to create another survey for our employees and expect them to answer a second time. Thanks a lot OneBit, instead of making my life easier, you have doubled my work.

Great App! This is definitely what SharePoint needed since the default SharePoint surveys where not user friendly and hard to manage. Thanks!

Let me be the first one to evaulate this great app and congratulate the team for their good work. Survey Master is a great thing - you could create your own survey in minutes, invite the people that should answer the questions, get fast the results and view them on the dashboard. I really like that you shared the picture of the team behind the tool as well. Working ofter in virtual environment people would like to know who is on the other side and do the work for them. Completely unsure how to install the app. I ended up using MS Forms. That works like a charm

Have used this in the past and it worked great. However, now you can't even open it.
