Planning and Design: Days 1-4

1. Policy review and advisement: a. Review security policies b. Gap Analysis 2.Envisioning sessions a. Mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM):

   1. MAM policies
   2. Device policies
   3. Conditional access and compliance policies:

2. Discovery and analysis: a. Active Directory and Office 365 environment b. 3rd-party MDM solution

3. Design Planning: a. Create and/or modify security plan b. Answer questions regarding compliance, risk management, mitigation and auditing

Implementation and Validation: Days 5-10

5. Implement and configure Intune solution based on the design output from the Planning and Design phase: a. Configure Intune to secure, control and manage company owned and BYOD PCs: 1) Enforce OS updates 2) Enforce Anti-Virus software usage 3) Mobile Application Management (MAM) b. Configure Intune to secure, control and manage BYOD mobile devices via mobile application management (MAM) capabilities: 1) Password Policies 2) Manage / Configure Applications 3) Corporate Data Usage and Sharing 4) Remove Company Data 5) Single Sign On 6) Multi-Factor Authentication 7) Conditional Access c. Configure Intune to secure, control and manage company owned mobile devices via mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) capabilities: 1)Full control of device d. Create device profiles for managed devices and demonstrate the process e. Apply application protection policies to protect corporate data f. Define Intune Device compliance policies
6. Apply Intune configurations to up to ten (10) Production Pilot users: a. Test configurations c. Remediate as needed d. Demonstrate process to IT staff
7. Provide handoff documentation
8. Review Support and Managed Service Options
