Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Discovery service is designed to help clients get the most out of their Dynamics 365 Business Central system.

Through a series of questionnaires, consultations, and demonstrations, we work closely with clients to identify pain points and challenges, map out their business processes and workflows, and provide solutions to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

Agenda

•Project Kickoff Meeting: This is the first meeting in the project, where the project team and stakeholders come together to review the project goals, objectives, and scope. During this meeting, the team will also discuss the project timeline, roles, and responsibilities, and establish communication channels. •Questionnaires Completion: The client will be provided with separate questionnaires for each process. They will be briefed on how to complete the questionnaires and what information is required. •Basic System Config: Based on the responses provided in the questionnaires, the basic system configuration will be set up with a partial data load. This step will ensure that the system is configured to the client's requirements before any process demonstration is provided. •Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Sessions: Process demonstration is provided in CRP sessions to take the power users on board. During the CRP sessions, the client's power users will have the opportunity to see the system in action, and provide feedback on its functionality and ease of use. •Identifying Fits/Gaps: Any gaps between the client's requirements and the system's functionality will be identified and documented as part of the Solution Design process. This step will ensure that the system is customized to meet the client's specific business requirements. •Process Flows/Solutions Design: Process flows will be documented, and a complete solution design will be created covering fits/gaps. This step will provide a clear understanding of the client's business processes and how they will be integrated into the system.

Deliverables

•Road Map Document: The project plan will provide a detailed roadmap for the implementation process, including timelines and milestones. •Complete Solution Design: The Solution Design Document will outline the detailed solution that has been designed based on the client's business needs. •Statement of Work: This will define the scope of work being provided, project deliverables, timelines, work location, and payment terms and conditions. •Technology Map: The Technology Map will provide a detailed overview of the connective technologies that are required for the implementation process. •Solution Costing Specifications: The Solution Costing Specifications will provide a breakdown of all estimated costs involved in the execution of the platform implementation, including the implementation fees, product-licensing cost, support cost and any development fees as well. •Licensing Guidelines by the Software Vendors: The Licensing Guidelines will provide a comprehensive overview of the licensing requirements and costs associated with the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central. •Documentation of Perceived Risks: The documentation of perceived risks will help the client to understand the potential risks associated with the implementation process, doubts about the safe usage of the product and Financial Risks associated with the solution. •Recommendations: The recommendations will provide guidance on how the client can ensure the ongoing support and governance of their Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. This will include recommendations for staffing and functions, as well as governance guidelines.

Client Responsibilities

•Assigning a dedicated point of contact for the project. •Providing timely and accurate responses to the questionnaires. •Participating in the Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions. •Reviewing and providing feedback on the project deliverables.
