Migrate Qlik to Power BI: 6-Week Implementation

Change is hard, so ensuring a smooth transition to a new tool is critical for successful adoption. During this six-week migration we will migrate one of your existing QlikView/Qlik Sense reports to Power BI. To get started, we will meet with your team to understand your requirements and perform an in-depth gap analysis. Next, we will create an import model and design a Power BI report that enhances your existing capabilities. At the end of the migration, you will receive the completed Power BI report alongside a future migration strategy.

Prerequisites

• Access on the Qlik app; providing Qlik license for a team member to view the app is also needed
• Access on the underlying data source used in the Qlik app
• Provide access on Power BI workspace; team members will require license to access Power BI Service
• List of features used in the current report (e.g., NPrinting to send subscriptions)
