Our offer utilizes Power Apps to capture the data of the damaged package via a mobile device. By using Microsoft Teams and the Yammer Communities app on a mobile phone or tablet device, store employees can easily document any damages they come across. The app allows the employee to create a ticket with the damage that gets routed to a corporate employee for further investigation. The retail employee is also able to track the status of the ticket from their mobile phone or tablet device for clear transparency and understanding.
