Furthermore, it automatically matches the received invoice against the purchase order and checks for duplicates.

Your accountant will no longer have to walk around the office for approval and follow ups. Invoice Workflow automatically sends an e-mail notification to the approver when an invoice is ready for approval, and the approval can be made directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or from a web portal. Request for a comment or review by a colleague before approval is easily made directly from the app. After approval the invoice is saved in a digital archive making retrieval uncomplicated.
