Budgeting and forecasting can be easily managed through our web-based solution, seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, eliminating the need for Excel.

Our system enables budget responsible employees to enter budgets directly through the web interface, eliminating the manual handling of Excel spreadsheets that are traditionally exchanged between the finance department and budget officers for each department and/or account.

The budgeting process unfolds as follows:

1. Selected financial accounts from the chart of accounts in Business Central are accessible on a dedicated website for budgeting employees with appropriate viewing rights for realized figures, as well as the ability to budget for current accounts, departments, dimensions, etc.

2. On the user-friendly screen, relevant accounts are displayed alongside realized figures per month in the current year. Budget amounts can be entered for upcoming months that require budgeting or forecasting. Color indicators clearly highlight whether forecasted figures exceed or fall below the initially approved budget.

3. The entered budget or revised forecast is automatically transferred to Business Central, where the finance department loads the budget items along with any accompanying comments. The initially approved budget is locked, and the budget manager's ongoing adjustments to forecasts are logged.

4. The budget, including potential re-evaluated forecasts, is now accessible in Business Central. It can be also be viewed within a BI system, providing management with a comprehensive overview of the company's budgeted development and ongoing forecast adjustments in alignment with the board's approved budget.
