Directly update or delete posted entries and documents.

Update Posted Entries for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central


This app is designed to help manage corrections on posted entries and documents in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Using these advanced features, it’s possible to change posted entries without the need of reversing them.


Delete posted entries

  1. Delete documents (invoices, credit memos) and G/L entries.

  2. Before actual deletion of the entry, the data that will be deleted is visible for each table.

  3. Invoices and credit memos can be deleted creating a copy of the document, which can be modified and posted again.

  4. If the document is linked to a shipment\receipt, an order or a job planning line, the invoiced quantity will be reopened.


Update posted entries

  1. The description of posted document lines can be changed.
  2. Update the following information from G/L Entries:
    • Posting and document dates
    • G/L Account
    • Bank Account
    • Dimensions
    • Description

Checks and logs

  1. There are checks preventing deletion or update of entries that have been finalized:
    • VAT settlement posted
    • GL Book printed
    • Accounting period closed
    • Document sent as electronic document to SDI
2. Delete and update operations are logged in the change log.

Batch operations

  1. Reopen VAT Settlement.
  2. Reopen VAT Register Print.
  3. Reopen G/L Book Print.
  4. Reprint VAT Settlement.

Jobs

1. Change customer on jobs without posted sales documents.
2. Change jobs on posted documents.

Payment occurrencies\instalments

1. Change payment instalment\occurrencies (based on payment terms) on posted documents.
2. Post customer payment deferrals.

Subscription

Activation of the app requires a valid subscription, which can be requested to the email address appsource@mementoas.com with the following company information: Company Name, Company Address, VAT Registration No., SDI Unique Code, Contact Name, Contact Email.

The subscription has a cost of 750 EUR per year and is valid for all companies in a single tenant.


The app is compatible with the other apps by Memento for deleting and updating related entries (electronic documents, simulated entries, commissions, etc).

The app is currently available in Italian and English.
