Durch die erhöhten Corona-Tests in Betrieben stellt sich eine Frage: Wie dokumentiert man die Tests?

Wir haben eine App erstellt, die dabei hilft, einen Überblick zu den COVID-getesteten Mitarbeitern und deren Ergebnissen bekommen.

Die Nutzung schaut wie folgt aus:

In unserer Test-Protokollierungs-App wird zunächst der Mitarbeiter aus einer Liste ausgewählt. Alternativ kann auch mit der Mobiltelefonkamera der Mitarbeiterausweis gescannt werden, und die Mitarbeiternummer per Barcode oder QR-Code ausgelesen werden. Danach wird noch das Testergebnis erfasst (positiv oder negativ). Um dies zu bestätigen, kann noch ein Foto des Test-Befundes gemacht werden.

Damit kann einfach und schnell dokumentiert werden, wer sich testen ließ und wie das Ergebnis ausfiel. Falls es also einen positiven Bescheid gibt, kann ohne Zeitverluste reagiert werden.

Die Test-Protokollierungs-App funktioniert mit aktuellen Android- und Apple-Geräten sowie in aktuellen Webbrowsern.

With the increased availability of Covid tests for companies, keeping track of test results can become a challenge.

With our app, you can document test results for your employees, and you can get an overview on performed tests easily.

This is how it works:

The testing person enters the employee's employee ID (or any anonymous number you assign to the employee). Alternatively, you can also scan this number using your mobile phone's camera from a barcode or QR code, e.g. printed on the employee ID card.
Next, the testing person records the test result.
Finally, you can (optionally) capture a photo of the test result and attach it to the record for documentation purposes.

The focus of this app is on providing a fast and easy way to capture test results. In case of a positive result, you can react immediately, e.g. using Power Automate.
