The Zendesk connector notifies your Office 365 group about activity related to your tickets using Zendesk. The Office 365 group will be notified of the following events in Zendesk
• New Ticket created
• A Ticket is solved
• A comment is added to a Ticket
• A Ticket is reopened
Connectors are available for customers with Office 365 business subscriptions. It is not available for Office 365 Dedicated and Exchange on-premises customers.
