The access to the word add-in needs to be setup for the existing users and once the access is enabled at the broker firm and user levels, simply install the add-in in MS Word to access and modify letter templates directly from the CRM. The add-in handles logins automatically, ensuring a seamless experience for creating and saving documents. You can use the add-in to create new letter templates with the merge fields from the OA Life & CRM application. You can also use it to create new letters against clients and also save updates to them or lock them from editing by finishing the letter.
