Tenor brings real-time, AI-powered leadership coaching directly into Microsoft Teams. Managers can message the Tenor Coach to get help navigating difficult conversations, decision-making challenges, and team dynamics. The Coach provides structured guidance, frameworks, and support. In some cases, Tenor will generate a link to a custom roleplay scenario in the web app to help leaders practice.
In order to use this app, users must have an active Tenor account. This app uses generative AI from OpenAI and Anthropic. Users are advised to review all responses carefully. AI output is used only for coaching purposes and is not retained by AI providers.
