Our service enhancement offers active management of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This includes comprehensive support for all apps provided by us, as well as those with which we are familiar. ✔ Proactive Updates We notify you in advance of upcoming changes and provide the latest version in a sandbox environment for testing. ✔ Seamless Updates We handle the updates of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and all associated apps, ensuring smooth transitions. ✔ High-Priority Issue Resolution If errors occur in a managed app following an update, we resolve them immediately and at no additional cost*. *Applies only to BoSch Data apps. Application Management – Ensuring Stability and Compatibility Significant changes to individual apps required due to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates are carried out free of charge. BoSch Data apps are always updated to the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central version at no additional cost, provided the rental fee is paid. Without active Application Management, required modifications to individual apps are billed based on effort. Adjustments necessitated by third-party changes (e.g., interface modifications in external systems) are always billed based on effort. Requirements To deliver this service, we require one permanently available sandbox environment. The remaining two of the three sandboxes will continue to be available for your internal use.
