By equipping mobile employees with this tablet/smartphone app (Android, IOS, Windows), on-site processes can be displayed and recorded digitally. This versatile app provides direct access to order and customer data as well as documents (e.g. floor plans, sketches). It shows employees the individual processing steps and documentation processes, including pictures and signatures. The result will be sent to everyone involved by mail in PDF format. The deliverables of this app include easy customization by central configuration, quick and easy work processes without media disruptions, secure access of internal and external employees (B2B) and seamless data integration into existing systems to initiate follow-up actions. Specific next steps are a PoC and the preparation of a roadmap. The services offered here include both the consulting services as well as the implementation of the app and is estimated at about € 19,000. This figure may vary, depending on the travel to the customer and the scope of the project.
