Power Platform : Run - 4Wk Implementation

Saegus provides its experts (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to maintain the Power Platform in the customer's environment.

The experts will be able to audit the environment and governance already in place in order to provide optimization solutions to facilitate the maintenance, adoption and emergence of citizen developers.

The proposed activities can be drawn from the Power Platform catalog by Saegus :

• Ideation/immersion workshops to bring out new uses
• Design system to ensure consistency in development and UX/UI interfaces
• Adoption assets to ensure that the various entities grow in competence and to make the future 'citizen developers' autonomous
• The life cycle of processes and applications in order to ensure that the IT department has control over the developments that will be carried out by the 'citizen developpers'
• Review instances for user requirements, environment architecture and DLP management rules
• The level 2 service center that will be able to finance itself through re-billing (if possible)
• The application catalog to manage the application base
