Spyglass’s Product Knowledge Application Jumpstart is a 5-week/$25,000 implementation that enables your frontline employees with quick access to crucial product information.

The employee is equipped with a Power Platform Solution that is accessible via Microsoft Teams on a mobile device for quick access to information they need. In addition to Power Apps, we also leverage Viva Learning and Viva Topics, to create an app that provides easy access to documents and data to help employees better understand products, in turn helping their customers do the same.

Deliverables: Spyglass will deliver a fully deployed mobile driven Power App solution that leverages Power Automate, Power BI, and Viva Learning for an enhanced user experience and business processes.
