With Connector 365 PDF, you can attach additional PDF documents, such as your general terms and conditions or your GDPR, to your receipts and reports. Decide where your attachments should be added before the main document. And define your design for the various reports. For example, you can choose a different cover page or a stationery for a specific customer.
The setup for Connector 365 PDF is global and can be specified per report and customer.
In addition to the merge & design option, you can also select different formats.
For example, select PDFA-1/b to meet the requirements for long-term archiving. Or select PDFA-3/b to embed files, as required for ZUGFerd, for example.
