With BeyondPersonInCharge you will get a better overview about your open documents by knowing who is in charge to process the document and who needs to be contacted if any questions arise.

On posted documents the person in charge is available as well. Thus it is possible to recap who was in charge and processed the document. With questions and issues after the process has been finished it is again possible to find out who has the information about the process to follow-up.

The system will determine who will be in charge for a particular document based on the person in charge setup. Has a customer/vendor a default person in charge setup, the person in charge will be used for the new document. With no setup on the customer or vendor the system will check the user setup of the user and suggest the person in charge for the new document from there.

It is always possible to change the person in charge on the open document manually.
