Contract SharePoint Connector - Connecting Contract Plus to SharePoint Plus

This app connects and installs the ContractPlus App and the SharePointPlus App. You need valid licences for the ContractPlus App and the SharePointPlus App.

This app offers the following functionalities:

• Connection of the ContractPlus App and the SharePointPlus App.
• Document (contract) box - display your contracts stored in SharePoint in the ContractPlus App.
• Direct filing of contracts in SharePoint from the ContractPlus App
• Automatic generation of metadata (DocID, ReferenceID, DIM1.. DIM8, Company, Environment).
• Integration of different libaries in SharePoint.

The SharePointPlus App integrates into the "sidebar" of the ContractPlus App via this app and makes all contracts (documents) available to you there. Automatically transfer the document number, the reference number (debtor or creditor number), as well as the global dimension values as metadata to your MS SharePoint. MS SharePoint, the ContractPlus App and the SharePointPlus App are not part of this offer and must be licensed separately.
