CTI stands for the integration of telephony and EDP (Computer Telephony Integration). Simova's CTI links telephone (numbers) with any data on your business partners. When a contact calls, all relevant data, such as open sales quotes and orders, existing invoices, etc. are displayed directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on a so called CTI Call-In Card. The employees are always well informed without having to search for the necessary data records in Dynamics 365 Business Central manually.
