The data is being gathered automatically in intervals by jobs in the scheduler.
If some stores work offline, LS Monitor collects hardware data and replicates it to the Head Office.
Thus, the user always has the current status of the monitored stores right in front of him.
Additionally to the visual representation of the issues, users can get notified via email in case of problems.
In Addition to system information, LS Monitor collects various business KPIs (sales data and cashier exceptions).
This data is represented in the store dashboard and head office dashboard, giving store managers the possibility to analyze store processes.
