Advanced Availability By Location calculates the availability of the items filtered by location.

The FREE Advanced Availability By Location for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allowing you to calculate the quantity of items in the stock, the needs, the loads and the availability of the items in the different locations with a dual view.

NuBeTech Advanced Availability By Location  is a FREE  add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that allows you to calculate from Dynamics 365 Business Central the quantity of items in the stock, the needs, the loads and the availability of the selected items filtered by the different locations with a dual view and to export an Excel file with the calculated data.

Features and benefits of using this app:
• Have the overview of the actually quantity of items in the stocks, the needed quantity, the quantity on loads and the availability of the selected items
• Filter the items by location
• NEW: Group by bin code
• Have a dual view: one where you can see the total amounts for the items and the other where you can see the documents that have generated the needs and the loads with the related date
• See highlighted in red the items without availability
• Export an Excel file with the calculated data in order to have a printable sheet

How to use NuBeTech Advanced Availability By Location step by step:
• Choose the items for which you want to calculate the quantities
• Choose the locations for which you want to calculate the quantities
• Calculate the quantities with the “Recalculate” button
• Expand the view to see the documents that have generated the needs and the loads
• Export an Excel file with the calculated data

Supported Editions:
The app supports the Essentials and Premium Editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Supported Countries:
All countries where Microsoft Dynamis 365 Business Central is available.

Supported Languages:
This app is available in English (United Kingdom, United States, Ireland) and Italian (Italy).
