The GDPR basis package provides the tools for a GDPR ready CRM system including the right to access and the right to be forgotten.
cc|crm gdpr process and data package covers four of the main requirements of the GDPR and can be implemented into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, beginning from version 8.2.
