Good Product with Great Potential

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Clickup allows for cross-departmental communication and the ability to view spaces and details, specifically how I like to see them! Our company is using ClickUp for multiple types of planning and project management, and the fluidity of the product is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a better user experience for duplicating tasks.

Decent platform, poorly communicate in billing upcharge

What do you like best about the product?
One place for docs, time tracking and tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
They completely botched recent transition in April 2025 for limited users. "highly requested feature" per company ended up costing me 3x more money without no new benefit. No legacy plans or seats. Ended up 30 min with support that they could not even refund properly. Just bad experience. Perhaps time to go back to Asana?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comparable to Asana on task tracking, content management and time tracking They completely botched recent transition in April 2025 for limited users. What do you like best about the product?
ClickUp offers unmatched flexibility with customizable views (List, Board, Gantt, Calendar), powerful automations, and built-in docs, goals, and time tracking—all in a single workspace. It centralizes team collaboration and project management, allowing us to replace multiple tools like Trello, Asana, and Notion with one cohesive system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its ability to scale across teams, projects, and workflows is the most helpful. We can set up everything from simple to-do lists to complex cross-functional roadmaps. Task dependencies, automations, templates, and integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub save time and reduce manual work. The mobile app is also great for staying updated on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ClickUp centralizes our project and task management in a single, customizable platform, eliminating the need to juggle multiple apps. It allows teams to collaborate in real time, track progress visually, and stay aligned with deadlines through reminders, automations, and notifications. This reduces communication gaps, increases transparency, and boosts overall productivity.

ClickUp is Our Ops Command Center—One Tool to Run All Teams

What do you like best about the product?
It serves as our all-in-one control center. Every campaign, escalation, process improvement, and task lives in one place—connected through custom views, automations, docs, and dashboards. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, endless Slack threads, and siloed tools. I can easily monitor task ownership, SLA performance, and cross-functional workflows without leaving the platform. Simply put, ClickUp gives me full visibility and control across multiple teams and functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ClickUp is that some of its most powerful features—like dashboards, automations, and custom fields—can feel overwhelming to set up, especially for new users or less tech-savvy teams. There's a learning curve before you can fully unlock its potential. The mobile app also needs improvement; it's slow, clunky, and not ideal for task-heavy users on the go. Lastly, reporting and analytics could be more robust—while dashboards help with visibility, exporting detailed SLA or historical performance data still requires workarounds or external tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ClickUp is solving our biggest operational challenges—disjointed communication, manual task tracking, and lack of visibility across teams. As the CCM Head, I oversee campaigns, escalations, listings, and process improvement projects across multiple platforms. ClickUp centralizes all of that into one workspace. Automations save hours each week, dashboards let me monitor SLA compliance in real time, and task dependencies ensure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s improved our execution speed, accountability, and cross-team collaboration significantly.

Because the platform offers such a wide range of features, the interface can feel overwhelming at first. Especially for new users, the abundance of options may take some time to navigate and fully understand.

The most complete tool for managing projects (and offering as a service)

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most about ClickUp is its flexibility. I use it daily to track projects at work, and also as a freelancer helping others implement it. The filtered views help me focus only on what matters, and dashboards are great for getting a clear overview of project status. Plus, ClickUp is constantly adding new features, which keeps the platform evolving all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is the loading speed, especially in longer lists. Sometimes there are small delays that can be frustrating if you're working quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
ClickUp has completely transformed the way we manage our internal tasks at the agency. It allows me to track the entire team’s workflow in one place, prioritize urgent matters, and keep communication centralized. The ability to automate processes, switch between multiple views (like list, board, and calendar), and integrate with other tools has significantly boosted my daily productivity. What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about ClickUp. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and consistently updated with new features that make task and team management even smoother. It truly delivers everything I need in a productivity tool.

ClickUp is solving the problem of scattered workflows and lack of visibility across our team's tasks. Before, we had information spread across emails, spreadsheets, and chat apps. Now, everything is centralized in one place, which helps us stay organized, meet deadlines, and collaborate more effectively. It also helps me prioritize tasks, automate repetitive work, and maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, saving both time and mental load.

I can manage projects for our company's two brands and create highly visual, executive dashboards to track growth and performance.

I would like to see more advanced AI, like a chat for content generation. Also, more custom cards for dashboards!
